The High Universal Assembly is the master council that occurs annually on Capitol Planet, within the Kur As'dan Ei Tower. The council, composed of the highest ranked ambassadors and councilmen that represent different sectors of the universe, discusses, proposes, and conducts programs that will help shape or reform universal policies. It also talks of current issues and ways to fix them. It is hosted and presided over by the Master Councilman.
Annually on a chosen date, the HUA is broadcast across the universe. An audience used to be allowed to watch and attend but was removed for safety and disruption reasons.
